Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will ship on or after their latest release date. Please be aware of the following scenarios:

Mixed order (in-stock + pre-order): The entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship.

Multiple pre-orders with different release dates: The shipment will be held until all items are available.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping on orders over $100
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $100.
Free shipping exclusions
Free shipping excludes some products, including many Kickstarter titles due to size and weight. Free shipping also excludes the following regions:

Signature Requirements

To help ensure the safety of your package, your signature may be required before delivery can be completed. Orders with a grand total of at least $250 will require your signature.

If you can't be present for the delivery of your package, you may need to arrange to retrieve it from a holding facility, or reschedule the delivery with the carrier.

Signing a door tag will void Shipping Protection. Signing a door tag, or otherwise authorizing a shipment release via app or website, will void any purchased Shipping Protection, as this releases the carrier from all liability.

Shipping Protection

This optional service guarantees we will either refund or replace your order in the event your package is stolen, misdelivered, or lost in transit.

Lost in transit review
Continental US shipments going 7 days without a tracking update will be eligible for a "lost in transit" review.
Non-refundable once shipped. Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the carrier has your package. If your package requires your signature and the carrier isn't able to collect it during their delivery attempt, they may leave a door tag. Signing one of these tags, or otherwise authorizing a shipment release via app or website, will void any purchased Shipping Protection, as this releases the carrier from all liability.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Order not arrived? If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@zulusgames.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

How Pick-Up Works

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical store — Zulu's Board Game Café in Bothell, WA.

Wait for confirmation. Your order will be prepared and ready within 1 business day. We will send you an email when it's ready.

Pick up during store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Pay In-Store
Customers can place orders for in-store pickup with an option to pay in-store. Our standard policy is to hold these unpaid orders for 3 days.
Extended Hold Requests
Customers can add a note to their order if they need us to hold it for longer, up to a week. You can find this option in your cart under "Note to our fulfillment team".
Payment in Advance
Prepaid orders will be held for 14 days from the date the order is marked ready for pickup. Orders that remain unclaimed beyond 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order total. Any refund issued will be processed minus the applicable restocking fee. Please note this only applies to sealed product. TCG singles orders can be held for up to 30 days. See our TCG Singles Buying Policy for more information.
