Prepaid Orders
30 Days
Hold from date marked ready for pickup for singles orders. Sealed product can only be held for 14 days.
Pay In-Store
Customers can place orders for in-store pickup with an option to pay in-store. Our standard policy is to hold these unpaid orders for 3 days.
Extended Hold Requests
Customers can add a note to their order if they need us to hold it for longer, up to a week. You can find this option in your cart under "Note to our fulfillment team".
Payment in Advance
Prepaid singles orders will be held for up to 30 days from the date the order is marked ready for pickup. Orders that remain unclaimed beyond 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order total. Any refund issued will be processed minus the applicable restocking fee. Please note this only applies to singles. Sealed product will only be held for up to 14 days. See our Shipping/Pickup Policy for more information.

Condition & Order Issues
If there is an issue with the condition of an item or an error with the order (including incorrect or missing items), customers must notify us within 7 days of the order being picked up or delivered.
Reporting Window
7 days from pickup or delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Resolution Options
All reported issues will be reviewed. Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Proof of Issue
Customers may be required to provide proof of the issue, such as photos or returning the item for inspection.
We encourage customers to review their orders promptly upon pickup or delivery to ensure accuracy and condition.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations
We offer cancellations for up to 48 hours after an order has been made ready for pickup.
Returns
We do not offer returns on TCG singles at this time. For example, if a customer buys cards and comes in two weeks later, we cannot refund any cards from their order.

Selling Your Singles to Us
You can visit our card corner to sell us your singles (and select sealed product in good condition). While we use various online resources to value product, we primarily go off the TCGPlayer LOW price using the calculations below.

Collection Review & Turnaround Time Guidelines
To provide the best experience for all sellers, our team prioritizes smaller collections that can be reviewed quickly while still ensuring larger collections receive a thorough and accurate evaluation.
While single cards or small submissions can often be processed within minutes, larger collections require significantly more review time to properly sort, evaluate, and price. The following turnaround estimates are intended to provide general expectations based on collection size.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on current store volume, staffing, and collection organization.
Well-organized collections may be processed faster than estimated. Chaff/bulk separated, cards desleeved, duplicates grouped together.
Large collections require additional time to ensure accurate sorting, condition review, and pricing.
Smaller collections may be prioritized during busy periods to maintain efficient service for all customers.
Accessories such as sleeves, binders, deck boxes, and similar storage products are not accepted as part of collection purchases and will not be returned. Please remove and retain any accessories before submitting your collection.
Collections with more than 5,000 cards will only be accepted if all cards are delivered in an organized manner. Cards must be neatly stored in appropriate card storage boxes, such as BCW 4-row or 5-row boxes, or comparable storage solutions. These boxes may be held & returned upon request.
