Pay In-Store
Customers can place orders for in-store pickup with an option to pay in-store. Our standard policy is to hold these unpaid orders for 3 days.
Extended Hold Requests
Customers can add a note to their order if they need us to hold it for longer, up to a week. You can find this option in your cart under "Order instructions".
Payment in Advance
Prepaid orders will be held for a minimum of 30 days from the date the order is marked ready for pickup. Orders that remain unclaimed beyond 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order total. Any refund issued will be processed minus the applicable restocking fee.
Extended Pickup Requests
If more time is needed, customers should contact us within this period to request an extension. See Contact Information below.
Condition & Order Issues
If there is an issue with the condition of an item or an error with the order (including incorrect or missing items), customers must notify us within 7 days of the order being picked up or delivered.
Reporting Window
7 days from pickup or delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Resolution Options
All reported issues will be reviewed. Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Proof of Issue
Customers may be required to provide proof of the issue, such as photos or returning the item for inspection.
We encourage customers to review their orders promptly upon pickup or delivery to ensure accuracy and condition.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations
We offer cancellations for up to 48 hours after an order has been made ready for pickup.
Returns
We do not offer returns on TCG singles at this time. For example, if a customer buys cards and comes in two weeks later, we cannot refund any cards from their order.
Selling Your Singles to Us
You can visit our card corner to sell us your singles (and select sealed product in good condition). While we use various online resources to value product, we primarily go off the TCGPlayer LOW price using the calculations below.
