Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Pre-orders
Pre-orders will ship on or after their latest release date. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. Similarly, if your order includes multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the shipment will be held until all items are available. Customers who wish to split their orders can contact us at ordersupport@zulusgames.com to make arrangements; please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. 

Free shipping excludes some products. Free shipping also excludes shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical store Zulu's Board Game Café in Bothell, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can pickup your order any time during store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@zulusgames.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Kickstarter Games
Many Kickstarter titles are NOT eligible for free shipping due to size and weight.
