Board Game Bazaar

The next Board Game Bazaar is almost here!

Submissions for the Board Game Bazaar will be open from May 18-June 7. These can be dropped off at the EVENT CENTER between 4-8pm. See BAZAAR RULES for the online submission form.

What is the Board Game Bazaar?

The Board Game Bazaar is your chance to sell your board games and buy ones new to you!


You'll fill out a form online, drop off your games at the Event Center, and then on the days of the Bazaar they'll be available for sale! You decide the price of your games, and any sales will earn you 80% store credit. It's not just board games either- we also accept RPGs and miniature games. Submissions for the upcoming Bazaar will be available soon.


If you don't have games to sell, no worries! Just show up during the event and browse all of the community's games for sale! There's always a wide variety of unique and hard-to-find games, and great deals too.

Bazaar Rules

To submit games to the Bazaar:

  • Fill out an online submission form for each individual game
  • Bring your games to the Event Center between 4-8pm daily
  • Speak with a Zulu’s employee at the Event Center. They will review your form responses with you and process your games to ensure your information is recorded correctly. Do not drop off games without processing them with an employee
  • If you are bringing 10 or more games, be aware that processing may require longer wait times
  • Submission rules:

  • You can submit no more than 20 games total
  • Games must be priced between $5 and $200. Based on previous Bazaars, we highly recommend pricing your games competitively. Games outside this price range will not be accepted. If you would like to submit a higher priced game, please contact ethan@zulusgames.com
  • Bundled games are considered an individual game. Only submit one form for a bundle. You are responsible for ensuring your bundled games are physically bundled and/or marked as bundles
  • Ensure games, especially bundles, are dropped off in a merchandiseable state. Storing bundled games together in a large box or having them taped together with painter’s tape are good options. We reserve the right to refuse dropoffs of games
  • For additional information (ie, items included in a bundle, missing pieces, upgrades) to be displayed on a game, you must type or write out that information and attach it to the game. We recommend printing this information and attaching it with painter’s tape
  • Your games will be stickered with a number and a price tag. These stickers may leave residue on your game. Please do not bring any games you feel uncomfortable with this happening to
  • Any games sold at the Bazaar will earn you 80% store credit. After the Bazaar, there will be a brief period in which Zulu’s employees will process sales and unsold games. This can take several days. Once completed, you will be contacted to pick up a gift card with any store credit earned for games sold, and/or unsold games which you selected to be returned to you. Pickups will be at the EVENT CENTER. You have until July 12 to complete pickup of your belongings
  • Purchasing rules:

  • Bazaar games cannot be purchased with store credit
  • Sales on Bazaar games are final and cannot be returned or refunded
