TCG Singles Buying and Selling Policy
Order Pickup and Holding
Pay In-Store: Customers can place orders for in-store pickup with an option to pay in-store. Our standard policy is to hold these unpaid orders for 3 days.
Extended Hold Requests: Customers can add a note to their order if they need us to hold it for longer, up to a week. You can find this option in your cart under "Order instructions".
Payment in Advance: Customers can choose to pay for their orders in advance. Prepaid orders must be picked up within one month.
Extended Pickup Requests: If more time is needed, customers should contact us within this period to request an extension (see: Contact Information, below).
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations: We offer cancellations for up to 48 hours after an order has been made ready for pickup.
Returns: We do not offer returns on TCG singles at this time. For example, if a customer buys cards and comes in two weeks later, we cannot refund any cards from their order.
Singles Buying
You can visit our card corner to sell us your singles (and select sealed product in good condition).
While we use various online resources to value the product, primarily we will go off of the TCGPlayer LOW price and use the following calculations:
MTG
Cards Valued Higher Than $2: 70% of the TCGPlayer LOW for Store Credit or 50% of the TCGPlayer LOW for Cash.
Bulk Rares/Mythics: $0.07 Store Credit per card or $0.05 Cash per card.
Bulk: $5 Store Credit or $3 Cash per 1,000 cards.
Pokemon
Cards Valued Higher Than $2: 70% Store Credit or 50% Cash.
Bulk Ultra Rares, EX, V, Alternate Art: $0.25 Store Credit per card or $0.15 Cash per card.
Bulk: $5 Store Credit or $3 Cash per 1,000 cards.
One Piece
Cards Valued Higher Than $2: 70% Store Credit or 50% Cash.
Manga Rares: 85% Store Credit or 60-70% Cash.
Bulk SR’s: $0.07 Store Credit per card or $0.05 Cash per card.
Other Games
60% Store Credit or 40% Cash.
